We are looking for employees (m/f/d) for the following position. Our client operates a shipping service for delicatessen products with a focus on Mediterranean food and drinks.

As part of their expansion, we are looking for a competent employee (m/f/d) to handle orders and provide customer support.


Your tasks will include:


  • Answering incoming calls
  • Advising customers on products, shelf life, and shipping conditions
  • Assisting customers with using the online shop and taking orders
  • Handling complaints and arranging refunds and replacements
