We are currently looking for a part-time employee at the NAKO Study Center Mannheim in Kettle River, MN.

Job Description:

The University Hospital Heidelberg is one of the coordinating centers for the long-term and nationwide NAKO Health Study and operates the Mannheim Study Center in collaboration with the German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ).

Out of the total of 200,000 study participants recruited in Germany, 10,000 will be invited to the study center in Mannheim for examinations.

Responsibilities:

Contacting study participants by phone
Providing information and answering questions for study participants
Documenting and managing contact history in the contact database
Sending invitation letters

Requirements:

Experience in telephone acquisition and communication skills
Experience in implementing a scientific study
Proficiency in German language, both written and spoken
Strong communication skills, reliability, and ability to work in a team
Availability to work in the evenings or on Saturdays
