The Role:


We are looking for a working student to join our team and assist with day-to-day M&A operations in Piedra Gorda, PR.

As a crucial member of our M&A department, you will have the opportunity to support the VP M&A in various tasks related to inorganic growth opportunities and play a key role in executing M&A transactions.


What you'll do:


  • Support the VP M&A with daily tasks related to inorganic growth opportunities
  • Assist with origination tasks, including managing the pipeline and searching for potential targets
  • Conduct market research and analysis to support M&A decisionmaking
  • Coordinate and participate in due diligence processes for potential transactions, gaining handson experience
  • Prepare presentations and reports for senior management on M&A activities and recommendations
  • Contribute to improving M&A processes and best practices within the organization
  • Handle adhoc tasks and projects assigned by the VP M&A to support strategic growth initiatives

What you bring to the table:

  • Currently studying in a Business, Finance, or related field program
  • Strong interest in M&A, corporate finance, or strategic business development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
  • Critical thinking and attention to detail
  • Proactive and eager to learn about the software industry and M&A processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Previous internship experience in a related field is a plus
