What we offer

At Sauk Village, we place great importance on providing our apprentices with a high-quality, exciting, and diverse education to give them an ideal starting point for a career in the financial services industry.

During the apprenticeship, our apprentices will learn all the important departments of our bank, such as our customer dialogue center, branches, marketing department, or organizational development, and will engage in dialogue with our members and customers from the beginning. The intensive practical training in the company is complemented by attending the vocational college at Lindenstraße in Cologne to provide all the relevant theoretical knowledge.

Individual support during the apprenticeship is a matter of course for us. Therefore, coaching and feedback discussions are firmly integrated into our training plan. In regular meetings, our apprentices exchange ideas with their supervisors and receive valuable suggestions. In special project tasks, we give them the opportunity to take on responsibility and gain a broader perspective.

To support modern learning and working during the apprenticeship, our apprentices will receive an iPad at the beginning of their training.

Our goal is to train our apprentices to work in our customer dialogue center, branches, or internal departments after successfully completing their exams.
