We are looking for reinforcements for our bilingual daycare center (Kurdish-German) in Berlin-Kreuzberg starting immediately.

Are you a native German speaker with experience working with children aged 3-6 years old? Are you motivated and ready to join a young team and help develop a young daycare center? Then we would love to hear from you, regardless of your gender, as a part-time employee (30 hours).


In addition to following the Berlin education program, we also follow the Early Excellence approach with the goal of working openly in the future.

We are a small daycare center (45 children) located in the heart of the neighborhood (near Mariannenplatz) and we serve children and families from diverse backgrounds.


Responsibilities:

  • Providing pedagogical support to children in their daily daycare routine
  • Contributing to the daily activities at the daycare center
  • Implementing the Berlin education program and the Early Excellence approach (EEA)
  • Observing and documenting according to the EEA
  • Building a trusting and respectful relationship with parents

Qualifications:

  • Staterecognized educator
  • Enjoy working with children and parents
  • Committed to the development of a young daycare center
  • Interested in professional development
  • Able to work constructively in a team.
