In our Document Solutions department, we work with well-known technology partners in the following areas: Managed Print Services, Document Management Systems, Software Solutions, and Video Conferencing Technology.

We support these systems with our in-house technical customer service.

To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a Service Technician for the Nuremberg metropolitan region in our Document Solutions department.

Your responsibilities will include:

★ Troubleshooting system and software issues

★ Maintaining our own inventory of materials

★ Training users and employees

Our requirements for you:

★ You have a solid understanding of copier and printing technology

★ You are a team player

★ You enjoy working independently and finding solutions
