We are currently seeking several motivated and communicative employees (m/f/d) to provide competent support for BMW drivers in Bethany, IL in using Connected Drive applications.


Your tasks will include:


  • Assisting customers with usage issues

  • Activating users, mobile devices, and additional features
  • In case of more complex inquiries: consulting with specialists and providing feedback to the customer
