Salary range will depend on experience and will range from $65,000 to $95,000 or more.

Function:


Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Exhibit a positive, friendly and helpful attitude with customers/vendors and to be sensitive to their needs.
  • Facilitate meetings between appropriate reps and customers.
  • Manage internal sales tools, & reports.
  • Processing and managing customer purchasing orders
  • Keep track of all project deadlines and deliverable work product timeline.
  • Provide expedite pricing/ submittal packages on large
- or small-scale projects.

  • Work with customers to make sure that they achieve the project schedule based on lighting/gear lead times.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Competencies:


  • Consider all aspects of selling including vendor relationships, profit and loss concepts, long and short term goals of the company.
  • Ability to learn quickly in a fast pace team environment and have the desire to understand all aspects of a project from start to finish.
  • Perform basic mathematical calculations required to accurately complete assigned tasks
  • Work independently & the ability to adapt to flexible schedules if needed.
  • Analytical thinking, attention to detail, decision making, initiative, and problem solving.

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma with minimum 2 years related experience
  • Effective written and verbal communication with customers and coworkers.
  • Knowledge of Solar ERP & Job Management a plus
  • Ability to lift, carry, and otherwise transport workrelated materials that frequently weigh up to 25 lbs. and that may occasionally weigh in excess of 25 lbs.
  • Able to prioritize work in multitasking environment
  • Able to complete tasks, meet tight deadlines under pressure, and follow up on commitments
  • Experience reading and comprehending construction documents.
  • Strong sales and customer service aptitude
  • Able to operate effectively in a team environment, and work with sales representatives/specialists to meet customer needs
  • Ability to maintain a professional work environment at all times.
