Good afternoon, I am looking for tax advice but first I wanted to resolve a doubt that I have. Let me explain my situation:
In December 2022, my partner and I (we were never married, we live together and have a 4-year-old son with a disability) bought an apartment through a mortgage loan from La Caixa, located in Reus where we lived until we moved to Argentina on 05/31/23. From 06/01/2023, we have been renting it out and using the rental income to pay the mortgage, the management fees of the real estate agency that manages it in case of any inconvenience, and the community expenses. My question is how we should file our taxes, should we do it annually in the income tax return or quarterly, and what would be the cost?
The apartment is in both of our names.
At the moment, we are living in Argentina without a job.
