At a Glance:


As a Market Manager, you will represent Meta by visiting various retail locations to create a best-in-class in-store experience through immersive hands-on demonstrations of our client's AR/VR products.

You will educate customers, drive sales, and ensure relationships within your stores are developed and maintained.

In addition to sales, you will also educate and train your store's retail associates and management to help drive incremental sales for you.

You will collect and report your activity via our sales reporting tools, execute assisted sales programs, and provide competitive information.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Achieve KPIs and consistently meet sales goals and program objectives
  • Convert product benefits to sales fully understand the features and benefits of Meta products including hardware, and accessories
  • Educate retail sales associates via classroom style, front room trainings and 1on1's on the features and benefits of Meta products and how to position with customers to increase the rate of recommendation and close sales
  • Review and analyze market and storelevel performance and create action plans to drive results
  • Increase consumer sales through proactive engagement and demonstrations
  • Build and leverage partnerships with store leadership
  • Perform daytoday operations, including but not limited to merchandising and maintaining our interactive displays and verifying instore promotional and marketing material
  • Gather, summarize, and report via our reporting tool daily on field and channel feedback and activities, as well as inform the team of competitive insights and share via our social media platform
  • Periodically coordinate and execute special awareness and sales events at retail locations
  • Engage retail sales associates and create excitement to increase the rate of recommendation
  • Provide virtual support to remote locations
  • Display a professional demeanor while representing Meta and BDS Connected Solutions

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Experience and Education:


  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Background in consumer electronics retail environment
  • 2+ years of sales and/or customerfacing experience at retail
  • 2+ years in a position involving targetdriven territory and sales management or related experience
