JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team at Histocompatibility Lab for a Full-time position in the Day Shift. You are eligible for a sign-on bonus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide technical leadership to the laboratory team
Resolve technical issues and achieve departmental goals
Enhance Laboratory and LIS Systems functionality
Train laboratory staff and prepare instructional materials
Conduct tests following standard operating procedures
Maintain documents and records
Perform other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree in Laboratory Science required, Master's Degree preferred. Minimum years of experience in a high complexity laboratory. Experience in quality system implementation preferred. Prior supervisory experience is a bonus. California Clinical Scientist (CLS) required. Specialized certifications are preferred.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking professionally. Ability to use necessary software programs effectively. Strong communication and leadership skills. Capable of working under pressure, problem-solving, and multitasking.
