Your Responsibilities as a Personnel Consultant / Personnel Service Specialist (m/f/d)

  • You are the interface between employers and candidates
  • You are responsible for and coordinate comprehensive customer search projects
  • You manage the recruitment process for candidate search and develop individual recruitment strategies
  • You conduct telephone and personal interviews up to the presentation to the client
  • You are the contact person for clients and candidates
  • You advise and coach candidates in the application process and career planning
  • You network at the company and candidate level to expand your market

Your Profile

  • Successfully completed training as a personnel service specialist (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
  • First professional experience in a similar role as a recruiter or personnel consultant (desirable)
  • Negotiation skills in German and good English skills
  • High selfmotivation and perseverance
  • Enjoyment and interest in sales and recruitment
  • Strong communication skills and confident presentation on all hierarchy levels
