Your role

  • Are you interested in European Government Bond Trading and Risk Management? Are you looking to get involved in the fast paced world of interest rates trading? We are looking for someone like you to join our team in Amsterdam, MO.

In this role, you will:

  • Be a key member of the EGB Trading Desk, responsible for managing trade bookings, amendments, and risk runs on a daily basis
  • Work closely with traders and control functions to improve trade booking procedures and risk management systems
  • Collaborate with IT developers to enhance trade execution platforms as the business migrates to strategic platforms
  • Identify and enhance controls and checks to ensure the trading desk's risk and profit and loss are accurate
  • Review and validate trade confirmations, making necessary amendments and enhancements in collaboration with Legal and operational teams
  • Assist Sales counterparts with client queries and trade bookings to improve the overall client experience
  • Act as the initial point of contact for the trading desks, working closely with various teams across the organization such as Finance, COO, and IT.

  • You will be part of the European Government Bond Trading team within Global Markets in Amsterdam, MO. Our team's goal is to effectively manage the bank's risk in EGB Trading within regulatory guidelines and internal policies. We strive to drive business growth and offer a comprehensive Rates Trading product
