Your tasks:

  • Analysis, concept development, organization, implementation and documentation of regular inspections of complex cultural sites and public art, primarily protected monuments
  • Identification of safety risks in accordance with owner and operator responsibilities according to GEFMA guidelines
  • Documentation of deficiencies and identification of sources (e.g. BauO NRW, ASR, DGUV, DIN)
  • Checking of approval situations based on building records, listing, assessment and prioritization of inspection results, controlling of final deficiency remediation and documentation
  • Establishment of knowledge management in technical building management on relevant topics related to owner and operator responsibilities
  • Participation in internal and external committees
  • Participation in the establishment and maintenance of an inspection and maintenance register
  • Accompaniment of recurring inspections by the building authority and fire department
  • Conceptual work on decision-making and decision-making proposals, advising colleagues and management on complex topics related to owner and operator responsibilities.

  • Completed university degree (Bachelor or Diploma) in the following fields:
  • Architecture,
  • Civil engineering,
  • Electrical engineering,
