JOB OPPORTUNITY: Data Infrastructure Developer at Pfizer

ROLE SUMMARY
Develop data infrastructure for data scientists and ensure efficient development of care gap and HCP prioritization models.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and maintain data infrastructure

Design, optimize, and maintain data architecture and pipelines
Collaborate with product manager and data lead to create technical architectures for analytical models
Identify data inputs required for analytics
Prepare and manage datasets for analytics
Enhance data systems for scalability and automate data delivery processes

Support analytics development

Solve complex data problems to provide valuable insights
Create data products to boost productivity of analytics team

Ensure data practices and standards adherence

Advise and mentor colleagues on data standards
Foster a culture of sharing and operational efficiency
Lead implementation of emerging tools for improved productivity

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Candidate should have a degree in Computer Sciences, Statistics, or similar field, along with relevant certification or work experience in data engineering. Must have at least 7 years of experience in data engineering, particularly in healthcare. Strong influencing and interpersonal skills are essential.
