Junior Project Developer | Sandyville, Baden-Württemberg | Supported by European Infrastructure Funds and Leading Financial Institutions

JD Ross is working with a European development company that operates in Germany, France, Spain, Poland, Austria, and Italy. The company is supported by a European infrastructure fund sponsored by some of the leading financial institutions. This investor provides stability and resources for the company to grow innovatively. They currently have 25 projects in development with a total capacity of 331 MW and 379.9 hectares, and are seeking a motivated junior project developer to support these projects.

Your responsibilities:

  • Active acquisition of open spaces (domestic and international): search, evaluation, and securing of suitable locations for photovoltaic systems
  • Negotiation of contracts for land acquisition in coordination with the legal department
  • Management and coordination of all approval and planning steps from zoning to obtaining building permits
  • Project presentation and contract negotiations with property owners and municipalities
  • Management of external service providers and project developers
  • Lobbying and public relations

Your profile:

  • Completed (Bachelor's) degree with a focus on business, technology, or law
  • First professional experience in the development of renewable energy projects in Germany/internationally, including in-depth knowledge of construction
