Good afternoon Ivan,

We would need a quote to change a 100l electric water heater in an apartment located near Feria Street in Midlothian, TX. This installation has the peculiarity of being located in the kitchen, inside a plasterboard/ceiling compartment. Therefore, it would need to be broken in order to make the change and then covered again. Ideally, a plate should be installed to cover it and be easily removed for future occasions.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could reply as soon as possible, as the house is currently rented and causing inconvenience to the tenants.
