The Children and Youth Support Association Lübeck is looking for a
Residential Group Leader (m/f/d) with a pedagogical qualification (social pedagogues, trauma pedagogues, educators, etc.) for the children's residential group in the Monroe Center area.
This is a full-time position, and the ideal candidate will be interested in building and maintaining the children's residential group together with the team, ensuring stability, and providing a safe home for the children.
The multi-professional team will work with children aged 6-13 who have experienced trauma, and will positively support their stay in this facility day and night.
The position is initially limited to two years.We are looking for a reliable residential group leader who, in addition to coordinating daily activities, also has an interest in working with the children.
