We are currently seeking a technical employee for a leadership position (m/f/d) in full-time at our company in Manitou Beach-Devils Lake, MI.

We welcome skilled career changers with a good technical understanding and/or experience. You enjoy working in a structured and independent manner and are able to coordinate the tasks of two colleagues. You are looking for an exciting job and love to be on the move at work. You are an agile person who remains friendly and keeps an overview even when things get hectic.

Responsibilities:

  • Organizing and overseeing various work areas
  • Ordering materials, including price inquiries
  • Independently organizing work processes
  • Customer support and developing solutions for customers
  • Monitoring deadlines and quality
  • Taking on responsibility for specific areas after thorough training
  • Organizing and possibly drawing (only hand sketches) orders for the workshop

Qualifications:

  • Technical understanding
  • Organizational skills
  • Enjoy being on the move
  • Good computer skills (Excel) and mental math abilities (knowledge of SAP is an advantage)
  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility
