Description
As one of the largest Opel car dealerships in the region, with currently five locations, over 200 employees, and approximately sold vehicles per year, we are constantly expanding.
To strengthen our successful team, we are looking for a SERVICE ADVISOR (M/F/D) for our branch in Landsberg am Lech.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Individual and dedicated customer service
- Order acceptance and final inspection of vehicles
- Handling of complaints
- Accident calculations
- Preparation of cost estimates
- Sales of accessories and services
- Order distribution and monitoring of appointments and orders in the workshop
Requirements:
- Completed commercial or technical education
- Experience as a service advisor (m/f) would be desirable
- Automotive master would be an advantage but not a must
- Current and sound technical knowledge
- High communication skills with a strong focus on customer service
- Professional appearance
- Technical and human skills
- Independent, systematic and accurate work
