Basic Requirements

US citizenship, due to the nature of the work and contract requirement
Active DoD TOP SECRET security clearance with the ability to obtain a TOP SECRET SCI, due to contract requirement
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or another relevant field
Minimum 5 years' experience leading development and integration of prototype RF systems for one or more of the following domains: communications, radar, signals intelligence, or electronic warfare

Preferred Qualifications

Active TS/SCI Clearance
Masters' or Ph.

D. degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or another relevant field

Minimum 10 years' experience leading development and integration of prototype and/or production RF mission systems
Minimum 5 years' experience leading development and integration of RF mission payloads into manned and/or unmanned airborne platforms
Strong oral, written and presentation skills and record of success in writing winning proposals and/or achieving followon program growth based on technical success and high customer satisfaction
Understanding of Agile software development processes, best practices, and the bug life cycle
Experience developing and troubleshooting in a Dev Sec Ops environment.
Includes experience utilizing Atlassian suite of development tools.
