We are currently seeking an IT Administrator (m/f/d) for our IT department.

Your responsibilities will include providing support for the hardware and software of our 200 office, home office, and laboratory workstations.

This includes the maintenance, configuration, and installation of PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and IT peripherals.

You will be the first point of contact for your colleagues for any IT infrastructure-related issues or questions. You will provide support in person for employees in the office and remotely for those working from home.

In addition, you will be responsible for onboarding new employees and familiarizing them with our company's IT applications, such as software programs, network infrastructure, intranet, and IT policies.

A good IT department requires thorough infrastructure documentation. You will maintain and update our records, including contracts, licenses, and other important information.

Your tasks will also include server and network maintenance, as well as hardware component maintenance.
