Trinity Music GmbH has been an integral part of the Berlin concert scene since 1998.

With over 1,000 events per year, primarily in the rock and pop genre, Trinity Music is one of the largest market participants in the concert and event industry in Berlin.

With the establishment of our own advertising, catering, and security agency, we have become independent in terms of the necessary trades for the realization of concerts and events.

In addition, we operate a variety of clubs and cultural spaces in Berlin and also run a record store including shops and mail order.

We are constantly developing new projects in all imaginable facets and are not only active in the event sector, but have also established another pillar with our own personnel agency and additionally run a motorsport magazine.

To complete our team, we are currently looking for a bookkeeper.

Responsibilities:

Independent review, classification, and recording of ongoing business transactions
Accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed asset accounting
Accounts receivable management
Booking of banks and credit card statements
Cash management
Account reconciliation and clarification of open items
Reconciliation of clearing and booking accounts

Qualifications:

Completed commercial apprenticeship, preferably in the field of accounting, financial accounting, or balance sheet accounting, or comparable experience
Current knowledge of tax regulations and the VAT Act and its application to ongoing accounting
Good working knowledge of DATEV
Proficient in common MS Office systems, especially Excel
Independent
