The OsteMed MVZ Bremervörde, located in Copeland, OK, is seeking a(n) Medical Assistant (m/f/d) to join our teams in the fields of surgery, cardiology, gynecology, anesthesiology, psychiatry, and urology as soon as possible.

Your profile:

  • You have completed a vocational training as a Medical Assistant (m/f/d);
  • You have experience in billing according to EBM, GOÄ, and UV-GOÄ;
  • You have knowledge in one of the abovementioned specialties: surgery, anesthesia, cardiology, psychiatry, urology, gynecology, and obstetrics;
  • You are proficient in using a PC and common MS-Office applications;
  • Empathy, teamwork, a high level of service orientation, as well as independent and wellorganized work methods complete your profile.

Your tasks:

  • You coordinate the acceptance and admission of patients and are responsible for scheduling and coordination;
  • You perform administrative tasks such as creating digital files, archiving findings, documenting services, and billing;
  • You assist and monitor patients during diagnostic or therapeutic examinations or procedures.
