Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for the CEO and Executive Leadership Team.
- Managing executive calendars, meetings, travel, correspondence, and budgets.
- Preparing routine and nonroutine reports/presentations by gathering and summarizing data.
- Maintaining highly confidential files and records.
- Performing minor accounting duties.
- Provide support in organizing and communicating meeting arrangements as well as organizing and expediting workflow.
Recommended Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of related work experience with Executive Leadership.
- Time management, strong organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong problem solving and decisionmaking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; both verbal and written
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and other related software.
