We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team at the Oberursel headquarters of Alte Leipziger Versicherung AG. In this role, you will support our Customer and Claims Service department in further digitizing our service processes with competence and dedication.

Your responsibilities:

  • Planning and coordinating all digitization tasks in the customer and claims service for property insurance - in line with our group-wide service strategy
  • Managing systems, interfaces, and processes in claims management (process owner)
  • Aligning and prioritizing departmental requirements, including jointly evaluating possible solutions
  • Creating technical implementation concepts and presenting decision proposals
  • Establishing a cross-sector service network
  • Supporting the implementation of loss prevention and mitigation concepts
  • Contributing your technical expertise to various special tasks and projects

Your qualifications:

  • Commercial insurance training or a business degree combined with several years of experience in a similar interface function
