Description
:Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Provides administrative support for office staff
- Enter/maintain project setup and plans in Deltek, with assistance
- Maintain filing systems which may include insurance certificates, contracts, agreements, project files and other documentation
- Produce/Edit/Format letters, memos and correspondence which may include surveying or engineering agreements, reports, studies, specifications, tables, contracts, forms, etc
- Copying/scanning/faxing/other administrative tasks
- Assist with meeting preparation and calendar management
- Assist in making travel and event arrangements
Requirements:
- AS, BA, BS degree or equivalent years of experience
- 02 years' administrative experience
- Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Adobe/Bluebeam
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
