- Assist with month end close per OEM deadlines.
- Reconcile daily bank statement.
- Calculate monthly sales commission using Excel.
- Handle all payroll liens, garnishments, child support, and employee voluntary deductions.
- Review and approve payroll information and records for accuracy and completeness.
- Process payroll transfers and terminations in the HRIS.
- Process new hire paper work including benefits.
- Manage cashiers & provide support for office staff
- Reconcile and clean schedules, including cash, OEM, CIT's, Inventory, etc..
- Paying sales county & city sales taxes.
- Assist with other office duties as needed.
- Experience with DMV & Contracts desks.
- CDK Experience and/or Payroll Plus(ADP) experience a plus..
- Comfortable working with Excel spreadsheets
- Must be knowledgeable in vehicle sales and calculation of different types of commissions in the automotive industry.
- Experience using a dealership management system (DMS) and payroll platform.
