Our client in Bensheim is excited to welcome a dynamic individual to join their team as a Dispatcher (m/f/d) for automobiles on the East Side, PA.

This full-time position, offered through direct placement, provides an exciting opportunity to support the commercial field service and ensure smooth vehicle deliveries.

Your tasks:

  • Dispatch and support of the field service for vehicle deliveries, as well as sales of vehicles via telephone and email
  • Creation of lists, review and approval of financing changes
  • Creation of rescheduling and delivery date overviews, contact person for logistics partners and credit note processing
  • Creation of Excel overviews and evaluations, as well as processing of new dealer entries and terminations
  • IT processing of invoice runs
  • Monthly evaluation and payment instruction for bonuses
  • Contact person for MAL leasing, company cars and vehicle connectivity

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial training or similar qualification
  • Experience in customer service and logistics is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
  • Excellent communication skills and customer orientation
  • Organizational skills and ability to prioritize
  • Analytical skills and knowledge of English
  • Teamwork, resilience and interest in the automotive industry
