To support our customer service team at our location in Nenzing, Austria, we are looking for a Liebherr Simulation Support Technician.

Create something fascinating:
Your responsibilities

Handling and supporting internal and external technical inquiries for our in-house developed customer device simulators
Conducting customer consultations and providing internal support for our simulators
Technical support for the use of Liebherr simulators (LiSIM)
Processing, coordinating, and supporting customer-specific projects
Installation and commissioning of our simulators, both internally and on-site at our customers' locations
Working in a young team where initiative and service orientation are valued

Bring your strengths:
Your qualifications

Completed technical education or completed training in the IT field
Hardware and software affinity, as well as a general understanding of IT systems, operating systems, and network technology
First experience with firmware BIOS and its configuration
High willingness to learn
Good written and spoken English skills
Independent and careful work ethic
Good communication and teamwork skills
Approximately 20% willingness to travel worldwide
