As part of our technical support team, you will encounter unexpected and critical challenges in the operation and further development of our complex collaboration solution based on Microsoft SharePoint. Together with your experienced colleagues, you will find quick workarounds for the customer as well as long-term solutions.

Your future duties and responsibilities:



After a project-specific introduction to the application and the Microsoft products used, you will work on the operation and further development of the existing SharePoint landscapes.

In addition, the following tasks await you:

  • Packaging of releases and creation of installation and deployment scripts
  • Installation on multi-stage test systems to transfer new releases to production for the customer
  • Automation of administrative tasks using PowerShell
  • Support of ITIL-based processes such as incident
