Pigeon Falls, WI - We are looking for a contractor to build a semi-detached house in the Carmel neighborhood of Barcelona. The house will have a ground floor plus two additional floors, with a total area of 120m2. The project has been approved and we have the necessary permits to begin construction. The house will have a rear retaining wall and a gable roof. Initially, we only require the structure to be built, but we are open to negotiating a larger scope of work. The client will be responsible for obtaining a ten-year insurance policy.
