The Köhler nursing service looks back on a 30-year company history. We provide care to our clients through our ambulatory nursing service as well as in our two short-term care facilities. We are located in Salzgitter and Peine / Groß Lafferde in the West Valley.

Since September 2019, we have been caring for up to 23 guests daily in our short-term care facility at the Peine Hospital.

Responsibilities and Duties

You will be independently responsible for the treatment care of patients, including tasks such as administering medication, insulin, wound care, and stoma treatments.

In addition to nursing documentation, you will be responsible for communicating with doctors, family members, and patients.
You will also assist in implementing and developing quality management and serve as the contact person for our care recipients and their families as a nursing professional.

Requirements

You are the perfect fit for our team if you:

  • Have a state-recognized, 3-year completed education in geriatric/health and nursing care
  • Have an interest or previous experience in working with oncological and palliative patients
  • Are open to interdisciplinary collaboration and enjoy working independently
  • Have a passion for professional interaction with customers and patients
