Using the collective insight from nearly 1 million hours of professional intervention, we guide students to three areas of evidenced-based support: self-guided, community/peer interactions, and chat-based counseling provided by licensed Counselors.

These areas of assistance are designed to match each individual student's current needs, wants and goals as well as identify and refer to a higher level of care when needed.

Primary Job Responsibilities:


  • Optimize Tableau dashboards with new data points and improved functionality
  • Enable commercial success through delivery of metrics, insights and narrative aligned to strategic communication
  • Provide data and insights to enable optimization of clinical and service delivery processes
  • Support evidencebased Product Development through analysis of service user behavior
  • Work closely with function leads and Insights team colleagues, in translating insights requirements into work plans
  • Communicate progress, issues and blockers on tasks and projects
  • At least 1 year experience data analytics
  • Experience using Tableau
  • Knowledge of data visualization best practices
  • Detail oriented and willing to collaborate with a team

Compensation:
up to $80,000 based on experience.
