Sales Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:


  • Management of the sales team, consisting of up to ten employees
  • Responsibility for sales, customer and order intake
  • Global sales and targeted acquisition of new customers
  • Management of existing customers
  • Development of sales strategies for all sales areas and key customers. Active implementation for further market expansion
  • Identify and develop potential applications
  • Technical advice for customers and representatives, in close coordination with specialist departments
  • Visiting and participating in trade fairs (national and international) and conducting presentations
  • Analysis and observation of potential and existing markets and technical developments
  • Handling of complaints
  • Creating monthly forecasts
  • Providing weekly reports to management

Profile:


  • Leadership experience (direct sales experience is an advantage)
  • High motivation and enjoyment in selling machines in the food industry
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Technical understanding
  • Teamwork, creativity, solutionoriented and implementationoriented
  • High level of independence and selfresponsibility
  • Ability to handle high levels of stress and motivate and inspire people
  • Negotiation skills in dealing with customers
  • Strong communication skills in both written and spoken German and English
  • Experience in international sales of capital goods
  • Willingness to travel internationally
