We accompany our customers from the initial analysis to the first surgeries, providing them with the confidence to always have innovative technology under control and fully utilize its potential for the clinic.

We work step by step and with our ear to the customer, as your wishes are our guidelines.

Our core areas of daily operations include the installation and maintenance of endoscopic surgical video units, intraoperative NEUROMONITORING (IONM), ultrasound-guided vessel sealing devices, high-frequency surgery, morcellators in gynecology and urology, as well as the distribution of surgical stapling instruments.

To expand our team, we are currently looking for a Team Leader (M/F/D) for our sales department.

Responsibilities:

You lead, manage, control and supervise the employees in your sales department.
You motivate, support and challenge your colleagues at all levels.
You also work in the daily operations.
You manage the entire sales process from lead generation to delivery date management and followup on offers.
You are a competent and reliable contact person for our customers and suppliers, providing serviceoriented and empathetic support.
You contribute to the systemic development of master data, the ERP system and the QM system and make suggestions for improvement.
