We are currently seeking a qualified and passionate individual to join our team as a:


Educator / Social Worker / Special Needs Caregiver (m/f/d) or equivalent, for our mobile support services in Supported Independent Living (SIL).

Our individual case support services are designed for children, adolescents, and young adults up to the age of 21 with physical, intellectual, or multiple disabilities.

Our team works with a strengths-based approach, meeting our clients where they are and tailoring our support to their individual needs.
