Customer Management and Administrative Assistant (m/f/d) in part-time
Your responsibilities:
- Customer Management_
2) Building and expanding our network management
3) Organization and coordination of our CRM activities
4) Conducting analyses of our PR content, network management, and CRM
- Administration / General Management_
6) Development of 5S / Lean Office
7) Travel management
8) Updating our website activities
9) Preparation and follow-up of workshops and seminars
10) Conducting market analyses
11) Support in handling customer-specific tasks in the value creation process
Your profile:
- Completed commercial / business administration education or degree
- Excellent MS Office skills, especially in Excel and Power Point
- Knowledge of office organization / 5S or "Lean Office"
- Knowledge of travel planning and booking
- Knowledge of workshop and seminar preparation
- Competencies in social media activities and content reach
- Competencies in network management
- Knowledge of CRM
- Good English skills
- Software affinity
- Knowledge of statistics is desirable
- Knowledge of process management is desirable
