Your Responsibilities

  • Booking of group and individual flights and train services in CRS and issuing tickets
  • Booking and management of contingents
  • Management of charter flights
  • Processing of special requests as well as surcharge and change calculations
  • Communication with our sales partners
  • Review of BSP settlements and all related tasks via the BSP link
  • Creation and maintenance of master data in the back office system
  • Support with all tasks related to catalog production (calculation, correction)

Your Qualifications

  • Completed training in tourism or business administration, ideally with experience in the flight sector
  • Knowledge of AMA
