The company Thomas Helm GmbH is an authorized service center for the BRUNATA-METRONA GmbH & Co. KG group and is responsible for the smooth installation, maintenance, and reading of heat meters and water meters for approximately properties. We also handle topics such as Legionella testing or the installation of smoke detectors according to legal requirements. We also organize timely readings for moves or changes of address.

Thomas Helm GmbH is looking for a Prospect to join our team as soon as possible.

Customer Service Hotline Support Employee (m/f/d)
Part-time (20 hours per week, Monday - Friday, working hours 8:30 am to 12:30 pm) in a permanent position

Your responsibilities:

  • Processing of inquiries and other correspondence
  • Support for our installation and reading services

Your profile:

  • Basic knowledge of Word, Outlook, and Excel is required.
  • Basic knowledge of SAP would be an advantage, but can also be trained.
