We are a small team located in the center of Kempten, near the Forum, and we are responsible for marketing the high-quality French cheese specialties of SODIAAL-Gruppe, Paris, which is part of the largest French dairy cooperative SODIAAL. Our products are sold to all relevant food retailers and processors in the DACH region.

To support our team, we are looking for a full-time Sales Assistant (m/f/d) to join us starting from [date].

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing incoming orders in SAP
  • Communicating with colleagues in France regarding orders and complaints
  • Supporting the sales management and product management teams
  • Handling complaints and orders
  • Performing administrative tasks

Your profile:

You have a commercial education or relevant work experience and good organizational skills. Ideally, you also speak French, but at least good English is required to communicate with colleagues in the parent company in France. You should be familiar with the Office package, especially Excel, and experience with SAP would be a plus.
