For the Department of Workplace Inclusion (FBI) based in Radolfzell, we are looking for a full-time Inclusion Advisor / Job Coach (m/f/d) to join our team at the Lake Constance workshops.

The department "Qualifying People and Providing Work" offers a variety of services in the inclusive job market: Our workshop network Seewerk and our inclusion companies offer people with disabilities opportunities for equal participation in the working world. As part of our Department of Workplace Inclusion, you will support the transition to the general job market by providing guidance in orientation, preparation, testing, and stabilization.

Your responsibilities

As a job coach, you will support people with disabilities/obstacles to participation in internships or jobs and promote individual and company learning processes with the goal of vocational inclusion.

You will identify wishes, goals, and possibilities (biographical profiling), strengthen self-efficacy and confidence

You will work with participants
