Your task

• Planning of optimal assembly processes and workstations, taking into account the required capacities and resources, as well as determining the need for operating equipment
• Determination of standard times through time studies and standard time tables
• Creation of standard time systems and benchmark tables, as well as maintenance of various calculation systems
• Creation and maintenance of production documents, such as work plans and instructions, for production based on bills of materials, drawings, and models
• Analysis and evaluation of ongoing processes in terms of efficiency
• Development of improvement proposals along the value stream
• Creation of cost comparisons and economic calculations
• Participation in projects for product development as well as new production methods and equipment

Your profile

• You have a degree in a technical field or a technician training in production technology with relevant work experience
• You have successfully completed the REFA basic training
• Ideally, you have the REFA technician IE or MTM certification
• Ideally, you have knowledge of ERP system XPPS or similar
• You have a secure handling of MS Office and especially Access
• You are characterized by reliable and goaloriented work, as well as teamwork and a strong costconscious
