Job in Basel:

Your tasks include advising individual travelers, groups, and companies on the tourist offerings in Basel and the surrounding area.

You will also be responsible for creating quotes, organizing and overseeing events for group programs.

Other responsibilities include booking hotel rooms, package deals, seminar rooms, and activities using the TOMAS software for both individual and group bookings.

You will also be in charge of obtaining, booking, monitoring, and invoicing room allocations for trade fairs organized by the MCH Group, as well as for conferences and large events.

Additionally, you will handle administrative tasks related to the BaselCard and the electronic lodging management system (eLM). You will provide administrative support to the team leader and be responsible for the customer service department. Your profile should include strong implementation skills and excellent sales and communication abilities. You should also be able to handle various types of tourist inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
