This position can be filled flexibly in Germany, but occasional professional presence in Hannover is required. Negotiable German skills as well as fluent English skills are required.

The position is initially limited to 24 months, with the possibility of extension afterwards.
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d) to join our team as part of an internal replacement. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting and selecting new employees for our head office vacancies.

You will work in an international environment and manage the recruiting processes in close collaboration with the departments and managers.

About the position
Responsibility for the recruiting processes of defined job profiles
Consulting the hiring managers and/or HR business partners on the best sourcing strategy, including channel strategy
Organizing and conducting selection measures in the recruiting process (e.g. competency-based phone/video interviews and job interviews, aptitude tests and assessment centers)
Managing sourcing activities based on quality metrics and deriving optimizations for future vacancy management
Quality control according to the employer branding guidelines or coordinating with personnel service providers
Independently carrying out personnel marketing measures, including representing TUI as an attractive employer at universities
Participation in projects on recruiting and personnel marketing topics
About you
Completed studies with a focus on human resources or psychology and/or completed commercial training
Extensive professional experience in recruitment
Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
Very good communication skills and a friendly demeanor
Openness in dealing with different cultures
