Team Leader (m/f/d) Private Insurance We, Ecclesia Group Vorsorgemanagement GmbH, provide employers with tailored solutions for income security, health insurance, time value accounts, and retirement provision for their employees.

As insurance brokers, we are the experts in developing individual concepts for insurance solutions based on analysis, purchasing the appropriate insurance coverage at the best terms and prices, and providing ongoing support.

We are currently seeking a Team Leader (m/f/d) for our private customer business unit.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing optimal, company-wide support to our customers in the private customer sector.

Your responsibilities:
Managing and leading team members Overall responsibility for the internal operations of the private customer business unit Ensuring customer-oriented processing and high customer satisfaction Promoting collaboration between the internal and external teams Personally and independently managing key account customers Developing and implementing digital business processes Negotiating with insurance providers to expand our product offerings Your profile: Education in the insurance sector, preferably with additional qualifications such as a Versicherungsfachwirt (m/f/d) or postgraduate studies Solid knowledge of the main insurance sectors, especially in the private customer sector Previous leadership experience is desirable Excellent communication skills and a high level of commitment Customer-oriented and independent work style Organizational skills and efficient use of technology 7 good reasons
