Your responsibilities will include:

Boosting performance and talent by conducting check-in conversations and semi-annual evaluations with employees
Handling administrative tasks related to development agreements, contracts, and compensation
Acting as a trusted advisor and coach for the leadership team
Providing insightful data and solutions to aid in decision-making
Continuously improving HR processes related to onboarding, people and development, and staffing
Building a structure to help achieve organizational goals
Managing talent to ensure the right person is in the right role

What we're looking for:

A Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or Psychology
2-4 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role
In-depth knowledge of the German job market and labor laws
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at different levels
