Job Requirements:
Experience with Epic Hyperspace:

HB Billing: Hospital Billing module

Claims: Managing and processing claims
-
Follow-Up and Denials Work Queues: Handling work queues related to follow-up and denial management
Experience with Payor Denials:
-
Drafting/Sending Appeals: Writing and submitting appeals for denied claims

Basic Knowledge:
-
Medicare Reimbursement: Understanding of Medicare reimbursement rules for inpatient and outpatient claims
Preferred Experience:

Previous Claims Follow-Up Experience: 2 years of experience in claims follow-up
