Your tasks:
- Point of contact for all employees and trainees for personnel matters
- Management of the recruitment process
- Participation in personnel recruitment (from posting job advertisements to conducting interviews)
- Administration of the hiring and termination process
- Archiving in accordance with legal requirements
- Applying for funding
- Processing time tracking
- Training and coaching our new talents
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training in the hotel industry or human resources
- Previous experience in the HR field is an advantage
- Very good German and good English skills
- Computer skills (MS Office)
- Sense of responsibility and discretion
- A team player with a heart completes your profile
