With my training as a machine and plant operator, I have found exactly what I am good at and what I enjoy: variety and responsibility.

I regularly check the equipment and monitor the production process to ensure that the machines always produce our products correctly.

I independently fix minor equipment malfunctions, such as replacing worn parts. For larger malfunctions, I inform the operator and assist with repairs or setup processes. During the first weeks of training, I learned basic skills such as grinding, turning, and milling. This helps me better understand the technology of the equipment and identify problems.

My areas of work are diverse and cover various production areas, from small machines to welding equipment to large presses.
